Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Magnum ("we", "us", or "Magnum"), operated from magnum.cx. By creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or are associated with chargebacks or fraud.

2. Products and licenses

Magnum sells digital products delivered as license keys and downloadable files. Each license is personal and non-transferable, bound to the purchasing account, and governed by the duration and activation limits displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

  • You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any license key or file.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source from any binary delivered via Magnum.
  • You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to harm, harass, or defraud others.

We may revoke a license at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or when required by law. Revoked licenses are not eligible for refund.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe (card) and, where offered, NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). Prices and currencies are shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge the applicable amount. Failed or reversed payments may result in immediate license revocation.

4. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. See our Refund Policy for the limited circumstances in which refunds are issued.

5. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to honor active licenses but do not guarantee perpetual availability of any specific product. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily affect access.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnum's total liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; license keys associated with a terminated account may be revoked.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email to your account address. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
