Refund Policy
Effective April 22, 2026
Magnum sells digital products — license keys and downloadable files — which are delivered instantly after payment. Because the content is consumed on delivery, purchases are generally final and non-refundable. This page describes the limited circumstances in which we make exceptions.
When we issue a refund
- Technical failure on our side. You paid successfully but did not receive a license within 24 hours and our support could not deliver one. Proof: order ID and receipt email.
- Product unavailability. The product you purchased has been discontinued before you could use it, and an equivalent license cannot be issued.
- Duplicate charge. You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment error.
- Unauthorized transaction. Confirmed by your bank or card issuer, and reported to us in writing before the chargeback deadline.
When we do not issue a refund
- The license key has already been activated or used.
- A download of a product binary or guide has already been initiated.
- The product was detected by a third party after delivery. Detection status is indicated on each product page at the time of purchase and can change at any time.
- You changed your mind, purchased the wrong tier, or purchased the wrong product.
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violations of the Terms of Service.
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after the original purchase.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate license revocation, account suspension, and a ban from future purchases.
How to request a refund
Email us via /legal/contact with your order ID and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Cryptocurrency payments
Cryptocurrency payments are non-reversible. Where a refund is approved for a crypto order, we refund the equivalent fiat value (at the exchange rate at time of purchase) as store credit, or to a bank account where legally required.
Changes
We may update this policy. The policy that applies to your purchase is the one in effect on the date of purchase.
